We are based in Grimsby in Lincolnshire where our company was founded nearly 50 years ago. Over that time we have built up a solid reputation for quality service and exceptional customer service and we hope to bring that to our Website customers. Unlike most websites we pride ourselves in our knowledge of the products we sell and is designed to offer advice and recommendation should you require it. Today we operate out of custom built premises where we have a 3000 square foot showroom for our customers to view the latest products, with product displays spanning more than 60 metres. Our showroom is open to all visitors, especially the general public, so if you are in the area please feel free to call in for a look and a free cup of coffee. We also have a custom built warehouse to house the thousands of products we stock and 99% of despatches are from our own warehouse. We have daily inbound deliveries from our network of manufacturers ensuring that if a product is out of stock we can usually obtain it within a few days.

Our workshops are manned by manufacturer trained locksmiths with years of experience manufacturing and repairing all types of locks and associated products. This gives us greater control over the after sales service we offer as we do not have to rely on any third party repairing company.
