How do I use my gift voucher?

To use your voucher, you must enter the 16-digit code into the 'enter voucher code' section at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your order total is more than the value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in the usual way (debit/credit card). Any unused credit left on your gift voucher will be associated with your account to be used at a later date (although still before the gift voucher�s expiry date).

How do I check how much credit I have on my account?

You can check your account balance at any time by logging-on in the 'My Account' area of the website.

What do I do if my gift voucher is lost, illegible or damaged?

Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with the name of the person who sent you the voucher and they will try to re-issue the voucher to you.

What do I do if my voucher has not been received within 24 hours of payment or the selected delivery date?

First, ask the recipient to check that their gift voucher is not caught in their junk mail, spam or firewalls. If it is not, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with the name of the Customer Care Team as soon as possible who will be able to help you.

Can I cancel a gift voucher?

If you are the purchaser, you can cancel your gift voucher within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, provided the gift voucher has not been redeemed or associated with an account, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

How do I add a voucher to my account?

First, go to the My Account section on site and log-in. Enter your gift voucher's code in the specified box and press 'Add'. Doing this will ensure that no-one else can use your voucher, and the credit will conveniently appear on the checkout page for you to use the next time you place an order.

Can I transfer the balance of my voucher to someone else's account?

No, this is not possible � once the voucher code is associated with your account, it can only be used by you.

Do I have to use all of my voucher at once?

Not at all! We will simply transfer any remaining credit to your account for you to use at a later date.

What happens if the items in my basket total more than my gift voucher amount?

This isn't a problem � you can simply pay the extra amount using a credit or debit card.

What should I do if I can't remember the email address of the person I'm sending the gift voucher to?

Don't worry � simply put your own address into the 'Email Address' field (although don�t forget to put your friend's name in the 'To' field!). We will then send the gift voucher to your inbox so you can either forward the email on once you have your friend's email address, or alternatively you can print the voucher out and give it as a paper copy. All the details needed to use the voucher are on there, so your friend won�t have a problem using it.

Do you offer gift vouchers in currencies apart from £GBP?

Yes, but not just yet. We will be introducing gift vouchers in a range of currencies in the near future. We'll let our oversees customers know as soon as gift voucher become available in their own currency. Although our gift vouchers are currently only available in �GBP, you can still buy and use them no matter which country you call home. Your entire order will be shown in �GBP at checkout and in confirmation emails, but any card payments you make will appear on your next bank statement in your own currency.

Can I send a paper gift voucher rather than an email one?

No. Unfortunately we don't currently offer paper gift vouchers. However, if you put your own email address into the 'Email Address' field on the order form (remembering to put the recipient's name in the 'To' field), the gift voucher will be sent to your email address and you can then print out the voucher to give it as a paper copy. Don�t worry; the printout will have all the details needed for your recipient to use the voucher.

Can I choose the date that the voucher is sent?

Yes, you can � your gift voucher can be sent on any date within three months of ordering it in order for it to arrive on a special occasion, such as a birthday or wedding day. Please note, you'll be charged when you place the order and not on the delivery date.

Can I return items that were bought using a gift voucher?

Yes, your right to return an item remains exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two. For your convenience, we''ll refund anything you paid for with your debit/credit card first, and then send you a new 16-digit code for any outstanding gift voucher credit you are owed. When a gift voucher is refunded, the new voucher will expire on the same date as the original voucher. However, if you want to return an item after your gift voucher has expired, please contact our Customer Care Team for advice.
